Mother’s Breath

This is a 4part breath which will help sooth the nervous system as well as help detox the lungs.  

  • Place palms over belly take few deep breaths. Exhale fully:
  1. Inhale expanding the stomach
  2. Continue inhaling as chest expands, stomach contracts  (moving breath from stomach up to chest)
  3. Exhale chest contracts, stomach fills (moving breath from chest to stomach)
  4. Continue exhaling, stomach contracts (moving breath out of stomach for a full exhale)

Note:

Never force the breath allow your lungs to get used to the movement.

Allow make your exhale a little longer than your inhale to fully cleanse the lungs.

Practice this for a minimum of 10minutes a day
