- Place palms over belly take few deep breaths. Exhale fully:
- Inhale expanding the stomach
- Continue inhaling as chest expands, stomach contracts (moving breath from stomach up to chest)
- Exhale chest contracts, stomach fills (moving breath from chest to stomach)
- Continue exhaling, stomach contracts (moving breath out of stomach for a full exhale)
Never force the breath allow your lungs to get used to the movement.
Allow make your exhale a little longer than your inhale to fully cleanse the lungs.
Practice this for a minimum of 10minutes a day
