From Sun and Moon Mudra (remaining in chair pose) place palm together, lift to the heart center.
Open hands and interlace the finger tips as thumbs press together.
Lightly press thumbs into sternum (center of chest) and ridge of hand into bottom of ribcage.
Press fingertips together, relax shoulders (shoulder blades gently pressing down toward your butt).
Find your center and breathe.
Remember your alignment in chair pose cues:
Knees bent/pressing together but not farther than toes
Pelvis is tucked so back is long
Crown of head is pulling gently toward the sky
Ears inline with shoulders/shoulders inline with hips
